A few years after we completed our first project for these clients, they called us out to help with a major remodel of their new property.  They wanted to take a nice track home and make it their own with classic details and great design.  Big fans of technology, they wanted to integrate the latest audio, video, and lighting control offerings but needed to make sure it was elegantly integrated into the old-world design of their home.  No problem!  We started by working with the contractor to design a niche for the TV mount, since it was required to articulate for multiple viewing areas.  Next we worked with the cabinetmaker to ensure all the space and ventilation concerns were addressed.  Also worked into the equation was the coordination with his electrician to wire for voice, data, and video while also designing an effective lighting control system.  All of this design and coordination work paid off in a cleanly integrated system with today's technology that does not take center stage in this cleverly decorated home.  The client has access to browse his iPod songs directly from the remote control, enjoys streaming music and movie options, adds convenience and energy savings in lighting control, and relaxes in a comfortable environment.  Success!
