This client was referred to us when he expressed dissatisfaction with his prior AV contractor.  We were pleased to be able to show him a creative solution to his needs.  In this master suite he had an old cabinet in the niche with a large tube TV and wanted to upgrade to a large flat screen.  His complaints included the fact that the small TV was hard to see and even harder to hear.  We offered up a surround sound system and a wall-mounted 55" TV.  This led into a complete design overhaul of the room, including a new cabinet in the niche, a custom installed flat screen, and the refinishing of his furniture to match the darker finish.  It was critical that we create an elegant look, so we suggested a framed TV to look like a piece of artwork on the wall with a small table below.  In addition to the new TV, he gained the ability to play Blu-ray, iPod, AM/FM, and VHS tapes into this room and the master bath.  Of course, we needed to make it easy, so we custom programmed a universal remote with lighting control and one-touch access to all of the A/V sources.  Simple!
