The crew with Surreal Systems was awesome! They were the most professional group I dealt with during a remodel. After several similar companies no showing or showing up late, I was able to find Matt and Surreal Systems. They were punctual, very professional, and super responsive to each email or call that was made. I would definitely recommend using Surreal Systems for all of your home entertainment, cabling needs!

Matt and his team were excellent at determining what our customer needed even when they didn't. Surreal Systems then provided that service on time, on budget, and according to the client's expectations.
The installers were courteous and professional and the communication between our companies was exactly what was required and always a phone call away.
Surreal Sytems always kept our overall goal and budget in mind.

I highly recommend Surreal Systems to all my friends. Almost a year after the installation, I am still amazed by the quality of the system. I'm glad I didn't go through one of the "big box" retailers. Surreal Systems offered more solutions and expertise than any retail store, and their customer service has proved itself time and time again. Almost a year after the installation, Matt is willing to take care of any problem that arises (even the ones we create!)promptly and professionally. My wife and I consider Matt and Surreal Systems not only our Audio/ Video provider but a friend. Surreal Systems provided a great value and an outstanding audio/visual system.
