We contacted Matt through an internet search. We had a desire for a new TV only and as we searched for the best in that market we soon discovered that one TV would lead to a whole new entertainment collection.
Matt was very helpful in recommending componenets to use but still allowed me to express my desires and search for componenets that might work well together.
In the end, we ended up with a marvelous sounding and looking installation.

He fixed all of the problems with my digital home system and in addition let me call him for up to 6 months if i had any further problems. As you can read, we are very happy with the final product ---- My wife, kids and I are still amazed on the quality and sound of our "CUSTOM" home theater system. I have been looking for a home theater system for quite some time. I went to the big stores as my first impulse, and every time I would leave the store I would be very confused and disapointed. It seemed to me that every time I said "I want something that will last me a few years", their solution was to just point around the shelves to the priciest components they had. In comparison, when surreal systems came to my house for the first time, I knew that they were defenitely looking to satisfy my home theater needs without flashing the latest, greatest and most expensive devices they had to offer. Instead, I got a couple of different choices personally tailored for me and the dimensions of my room. The end result was something that I can be proud of, user fiendly, good looking and most important, it didn't break my bank.

I first came in contact with Matt 3 years ago. He came into our home and was very professional and di not try and sell us something that would not fit into our toddler world. The Surreal Systems team was great. We wanted to put a large TV in our kitchen area and we had a bunch of questions in regards to flat screens and surround systems. They came out a few times to answer all of them before we decided to go with them. Install and everything was just like they said it would be. We had a buzzing issue with our surround system sound since we are so close to the fuse box/power box, but Matt was able to figure out the fix quickly and have had no trouble since. We will use them again when we put a new "flatty" in our living room!
